China's Surprising Best-Selling Book

The desire for an US education has never been stronger in China. For 18 months, China's best-selling book has been "Harvard Girl Yiting Liu." Written by a Chinese mother, the book contains "scientifically proven methods" for getting her daughter into Harvard. More than 1.1 million copies have been sold, reported the New York Times.

Harvard isn't the only desired location for ambitious Chinese students, by any means. Other universities and colleges are featured in fifteen copycat books recently published. Expect more books to follow, say experts. This education-driven nation is eager for information about a wide range of US schools.
