 A portion of our proceeds is dedicated to the AIEF General Scholarship Fund, which has been awarded annually since 1994.

                Registration processing fee is $100.  The registration processing fee will be waived for registration received by March 30, 2010 on china Fair, and by June 30, 2010 on other listed fairs.
* Indicates events managed by local organizers;  AIEF representatives will not be present at those events.


AIEF's Standard Package Includes:
  • Exhibition Booth – 3M x 3M (3M x 2M in Taiwan and Anshan) with solid back wall, table, two chairs, two floodlights, and a school sign.
  • Publicity – AIEF and local organizers publicize events via all major media, including television, radio, newspapers, posters, flyers, websites, and magazines.
  • Fair Guide Listing – each participating institution receives a listing in the Fair Guide that is distributed to all fair visitors.
AIEF's Complimentary Services:
  • Interpreter Service –  a bilingual assistant is provided to assist you in communication with students (Busan and China excluded).
  • Orientation/Workshop – an overview of current market trends and recruitment strategies will be presented by AIEF, U.S. Embassy personnel, and/or local MOE representatives.
  • Student Tracking System - a database of fair attendees including contact information and educational goals will be sent to you after the fair(s)..
  • Cyber Fair listing – participant information will be posted on www.americaneducationfair.com for six months, which allows students to make direct contact with you before and after the fair.
