A portion of the program fee is dedicated to the AIEF General Scholarship Fund, which has been awarded annually since 1994.

The Singapore
and Busan fairs are managed by local organizers, AIEF representatives may not be present at the event.

AIEF's Standard Package Includes:
|
- Exhibition Booth – 3M x 3M (3M x 2M in Taiwan) with solid back wall, table, two chairs, two floodlights, and a school sign (skirted
table and nameplate in Singapore and China).
- Publicity – AIEF and local organizers publicize its events through all major media, including television, radio, newspapers, posters, flyers, websites, and magazines.
- Fair Guide Listing – each participating institution will be listed in the Fair Guide, which is distributed to all fair visitors.

AIEF's Complimentary Services:

Interpreter Service – each school is provided with a bilingual assistant throughout the fair
(Singapore, Busan, Xi'an and Harbin are excluded).

Orientation/Workshop – an overview of recruitment strategy and Q & A session conducted by AIEF, U.S. Embassy personnel, and/or local MOE representative.

Student Tracking System - provides schools with visitor’s database to make recruiting more effective.

Cyber Fair listing – participants information will be posted on www.americaneducationfair.com for six months, which allows students to contact you directly before, during and after the fair.
