Registration processing fee is $100. The registration
processing fee will be waived for registration received by March
30, 2010 on china Fair, and by June 30, 2010 on other listed fairs.
* Indicates events managed by local organizers; AIEF representatives
will not be present at those events.

AIEF's Standard Package Includes:

- Exhibition Booth 3M x 3M (3M x 2M in Taiwan and Anshan) with solid back wall, table, two chairs, two floodlights, and a school sign.
- Publicity AIEF and local organizers publicize events via all major media, including television, radio, newspapers, posters, flyers, websites, and magazines.
- Fair Guide Listing each participating institution receives a listing in the Fair Guide
that is distributed to all fair visitors.

AIEF's Complimentary Services:

Interpreter Service a bilingual assistant is provided to
assist you in communication with students (Busan and China excluded).

Orientation/Workshop an overview of current market trends and recruitment
strategies will be presented by AIEF, U.S. Embassy personnel, and/or local MOE representatives.

Student Tracking System - a database of fair attendees including
contact information and educational goals will be sent to you after
the fair(s)..

Cyber Fair listing participant information will be posted on www.americaneducationfair.com for six months, which allows students to make direct contact with you before and after the fair.
