American Education Fairs - Fall 2009

AIEF is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting American education overseas.
 A portion of our proceeds is dedicated to the AIEF General Scholarship Fund, which has been awarded annually since 1994.

* The Busan fair is managed by local organizers, AIEF representatives may not be present at the event.

AIEF's Standard Package Includes:
  • Exhibition Booth – 3M x 3M (3M x 2M in Taiwan) with solid back wall, table, two chairs, two floodlights, and a school sign.
  • Publicity – AIEF and local organizers publicize events through all major media, including television, radio, newspapers, posters, flyers, websites, and magazines.
  • Fair Guide Listing – each participating institution will be listed in the Fair Guide, which is distributed to all fair visitors.
AIEF's Complimentary Services:
  • Interpreter Service – each school is provided with a bilingual assistant throughout the fair (Busan excluded).
  • Orientation/Workshop – an overview of recruitment strategy and Q & A session conducted by AIEF, U.S. Embassy personnel, and/or local MOE representatives.
  • Student Tracking System - a visitor’s database is provided to schools to make recruiting more effective.
  • Cyber Fair listing – participant information will be posted on www.americaneducationfair.com for six months, which allows students to make direct contact with you before and after the fair.
