August 3, 2004…"The Motion Picture Association is pleased to support American International Education Foundation's 2004 Shanghai IPR Workshop. Set to take place in China's largest city and leading industrial center, this event will focus on addressing the serious intellectual property rights violations, including counterfeiting and piracy problems, which are having a devastating effect on our industry. This Workshop is an important, multi-level collaborative initiative that would benefit all those who share an interest in protecting copyrighted works and other forms of intellectual property."
