The following is the official registration form for AIEF's American Education Fairs. By completing this form, you are committing to participate in the selected American Education Fair(s) and are accepting the fair participation terms.

Registration-processing Fee of $100 will be waived for registrations received by June 30, 2009. Fair registrations received after July 30th are subject to a 5% late registration fee. * The Singapore and Busan Fair are managed by local organizers, and AIEF representatives might not be present at the event.			$100.00

* Required field Cancellations: To cancel your fair participation, please email a written statement to info@aief-usa.org. Written requests are the only accepted method of cancellation. No charges will be incurred for cancellations made by June 30, 2009. Cancellations made between July 1st – 30th will incur a cancellation fee of $600 per fair city. Cancellations made after July 30th will incur the full price of the fair(s). Fair payments are due by July 30th. Fair payments not received by August 15th are subject to a 5% late fee. In order to guarantee requests for Optional Services, payment must be received by August 30, 2009.
