The following is the official registration form for AIEF's Education Fairs. By completing this form, you are committing to participate in the selected AIEF Education Fair(s) and are accepting the fair participation terms.

Registration processing fee is $100. Registration fee will be waived if registration is received by 6/30/12 (fall). Fair registrations or payments received after 5/15/12 (summer) and 7/30/12 (fall) are subject to a 5% Registration Past Deadline fee. * The Busan and Singapore Fairs are managed by local organizers, and AIEF representatives might not be present at the event.			$100.00
UScampus Guide Advertisement - 25,000 copies of our semi-annual international student magazine are distributed at AIEF Fairs and additional locations in 16 countries. Fair participants are entitled to special rates for each issue.

Fair registrations or payments received after 5/15/12 (summer) and 7/30/12 (fall) are subject to a 5% Registration Past Deadline fee. Cancellations: To cancel your fair participation, please email a written statement to info@aief-usa.org. Written requests are the only accepted method of cancellation. Your cancellation will be finalized upon your receiving a confirmation reply from AIEF. No charges will be incurred for cancellations made by May 15, 2012 (China Fairs) and by July 15, 2012 (Fall Fairs). Cancellations made between May 16, 2012 – May 30, 2012 (China Fairs); July 16 – July 30, 2012 (Fall Fairs) will incur a cancellation fee of $600 per fair city. Cancellations made after May 30, 2012 (China Fairs) and after July 30, 2012 (Fall Fairs) will incur the full price of the fair(s).
