Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, Discover, Diner's Club, Carte Blanche, and JCB accepted. I will download the credit card authorization form and fax it to AIEF.)

Cancellations: Fair payment is due in full no later than December 31, 2004.  Charges for cancellations will be issued according to the date of cancellation.  To cancel your fair participation, please submit a written statement to the AIEF California office, via fax or e-mail.  Written requests are the only accepted method of cancellation.  Credit card cancellations are subject to a 6% transaction fee.  Credit card cancellations will be refunded by credit card only. No additional charges will be incurred for cancellations made prior to December 31, 2004.  Cancellations made between January 1 - January 31, 2005 will incur a cancellation fee of $600 per fair city.  Cancellations made after January 31, 2005 will incur the full price of the fair(s).
